I didn't have many pictures of just Mason in his outfit, so I dressed him back up and we had a mini photoshoot. He's already getting used to the big black camera in his face and sometimes smiles when he sees it. I am so happy that we got the DSLR before our honeymoon. I would love to take a class to learn more, but for now I'm teaching myself.

Just a random bumpie who clicked on your blog...if you are using a kit lens, I highly recommend a 50mm 1.8 lens, its less than $100 and great for portraits! Your LO is such a cutie!!
Thanks Alex! I just got that lens a couple months ago and I'm so happy with it. I actually broke my kit lens shortly after getting the camera and replaced it with a 18-200 - it was not great for portraits.
He looks adorable! What a happy baby:)
