Mason's Jake and the Neverland Pirates party

Mason had his first friends party for this 4th birthday this year. We've been talking about it for several months now and he told me he wanted a Jake and the Neverland Pirates party. When we were planning Ryder's Mickey party, he kept talking about his Jake party. With the craziness of Piper being born followed by Christmas we waited until January. He was allowed 4 friends and invited his close friends he's known since a baby.

I have to contribute all of this to Pinterest. I set up a board and found some great ideas.

When his friends came in they received their goody bag early. They would need it for the entire party.



Inside was a map of the events.





At the end everyone received some chocolate. There was a pirate ship and treasure chest in each bag.



The party

We followed the map and started with pizza followed by walking the plank. The kids kept on lining up to walk the plank over and over again.



Then we searched for gold doubloons



Next we had fun with a pirate pinata.





After the pinata Mason opened presents and then it was time for cake!
