Newtown Labor Day Parade

What an emotional parade this year. I normally take a few photos during the parade, but this one I took much more than normal. Nearly 100 photos, but I narrowed it way down for her. The parade was "We are Newtown, Marching Strong."

Bronx Zoo

I was so happy to finally make it to the Bronx Zoo. I've been wanting to go for years, but we just never made it there. It's not that far, but far enough that you need to take the time to plan the trip there. This summer we finally did it! We went with my mom and sister. The boys had a blast!
My favorite Ryder line from the day, when he was eye level with the alligator, "Oh nooooo, DEE alligator gonna eat meeeeee"
